whey, whey, and more whey.....??

I'm getting whey info " overload " .....I have a few cans of whey leftover from the

days before I switched to my fav brand, Jay Robb--and I'm looking at the labels

and getting confused at the terms......can someone please help.....???

Hydrolyzed

(they all say whey protein isolate)

and NONE of them says cold-pressed or heat pressed, how to I know....???

SHOULD I JUST THROW THEM OUT......???
