Guest guest Posted October 8, 2009 Report Share Posted October 8, 2009 I'm getting whey info " overload " .....I have a few cans of whey leftover from the days before I switched to my fav brand, Jay Robb--and I'm looking at the labels and getting confused at the terms......can someone please help.....??? Ion Exchanged, Microfiltered Hydrolyzed (they all say whey protein isolate) and NONE of them says cold-pressed or heat pressed, how to I know....??? SHOULD I JUST THROW THEM OUT......???
