Guest guest
Those of you who make their own kefir, could you please share the method you use... thanks, D From: mromargarcia <mromargarcia@...> Subject: Re: 7 day coconut oil detox Coconut Oil Date: Saturday, November 27, 2010, 8:39 PM  Joan, I much appreciate your thoughts. You have obviously thought quite a lot about the gut and its health. I am glad that things look much better today for you. The test you mention. Is that the regular cultured 2-3 week stool test, or is that something different? I have heard people overcome dairy intolerance using kefir and kefir grains. I am giving it to you at cost. I know that each case is different. Dom kefir's site (that's how you can find it) talks about it. I'll report back. Today after 10 TBs and 12 hrs in, I am still surviving. Some nausea, cold body and that's thankfully it. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > , For the record, I don't buy into the 'kill the bacteria, yeast, fungal' > > > > > > > theory. As an engineer in the past, we use micro-organisms to digest toxins in > > > > > > > the land.  Today, there is mounting evidence of the use of parasites, bacteria > > > > > > > etc...to cure cancer, gut problems etc... Guest guest
Kefir grains in milk. Leave it for a day or so outside of fridge. With a colander, separate milk from grains. Do all over again. This guy has almost everything one wants to know about kefir: http://users.sa.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html . > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > , For the record, I don't buy into the 'kill the bacteria, yeast, fungal' > > > > > > > > > > > theory. As an engineer in the past, we use micro-organisms to digest toxins in > > > > > > > > > > > the land.  Today, there is mounting evidence of the use of parasites, bacteria > > > > > > > > > > > etc...to cure cancer, gut problems etc... Guest guest
Kefir grains are not necessary. The Hunza people used 1T of raw unheated honey per quart of milk. To make a homeopathic kefir, put 1tsp of honey and 1T of raw milk in you mouth and mix with your own saliva. Then add back into the quart of milk. Do this several times and let stand in a cabinet at a temperature of about 70 degrees F.  ________________________________ From: mromargarcia <mromargarcia@...> Coconut Oil Sent: Sun, November 28, 2010 10:05:52 AM Subject: Re: kefir recipe / directions, please  Kefir grains in milk. Guest guest
I add raw, organic milk to keifr grains and let them set on the counter for 24 hours. You just drain out the kefir and add some more raw, organic milk. Actually, I do a 'fast' where I drink only a kefir protein drink and VCO for 4 days with spectacular results. During the fast, I have an abundance of energy and after doing this 'fast', my intestinal health is PERFECT! > > Those of you who make their own kefir, could you please share the method you use... > thanks, D
Guest guest
Hipocrates would often perscribe a raw milk diet now adding the coconut oil is brilliant. Thanks, Dan ________________________________ From: calblonde1 <calblonde1@...> Coconut Oil Sent: Sun, November 28, 2010 4:00:57 PM Subject: Re: kefir recipe / directions, please  I add raw, organic milk to keifr grains and let them set on the counter for 24 hours.
