Guest guest
Hi: I do believe (although Duncan will dispute this) that Pregnenolone AFTER making Progesterone can easily convert into the Estrogens which will thicken your lining. Probably better to just use Progesterone and our lining THINS OUT once our Estrogens are reduced Post menopausal. I am going to have a uterine probe done tomorrow because my post menapausal endometrium is thickening. I think I will cease the pregnenolone. Upon further reading I found the above to be a possible effect. Any thoughts on continuing the DIM? You see the precaution shown below on many sites offering pregnenolone. DIM helps prevent breast and prostate cancer. As such, it is possible that some of pregnenolone will convert into DHEA, and either as a result or more directly into testosterone, (although in our experience pregnenolone is less likely to convert into testosterone than DHEA). However, testosterone can convert into the estrogen estradiol, to help prevent this we recommend the use of DIM (Di-indolylmethane) with regular pregnenolone use.
