Fair Pricing for CF Muffins - Help

Hello All:

I have been asked to make coconut flour muffins for a

private party. I tried to look at some sites that are doing mail-order

muffins/cupcakes, and they are pretty pricey, even for a package of 6,

they are $29.95 and up!!. What do you all think would be a fair price

for a homemade package of 6 Coconut Flour Carrot/Nut Muffins, or the

other one she wants is Coconut Flour Banana/Nut Muffins. She especially wants

these because they are Gluten Free and not made from the traditional gluten free

flours like rice flour etc.
