Guest guest
Allow plenty of time at the airport. On my second post-surgery trip I wore a skirt (had to buy one) so I could show attendants my knee. If I were a guy, I'd be tempted to wear shorts, the weather being agreeable, that is. Definitely tell them in advance that you are going to set off the buzzer. On one trip I had to wait a long time while the security guy kept yelling for a " female assist. " One of the attendants complained that my mid-calf skirt interfered with the movements she wanted to make with the wand, but I plan to wear it again next time I fly. I think I would cancel the whole trip if I had to take off my stockings/socks. I cringe at the thought of having my bare feet touch a floor which thousands of people walk all over every week.
