Guest guest
I'm on a low calorie diet and are suppose to eat 1500 kcal every day to loose about 2 lbs (1 kg) every week. Now I want to ad coconut oil to my diet. Do I have to include it in the 1500 kcal? If I'm going for 4 tablespoons a day and it equals ca 500 kcal. Does this means that I only can eat 1000 kcal with real food to avoid gaining weight (or to keep the same weight loss) Does anybody knows how this works? best Robin
