Guest guest
Thanks for understanding. I've made many changes that have helped me. I do the Andy Cutler PhD mercury detox program and switched my diet back to the Pro Vita! Plan a couple months ago. I do try new supps from time to time also, and I've modified my already strict PV Plan diet to LOD [low oxalate]. I don't want to change too many things too fast as I might not be able to tell which change is helping. I can't go to a new forum and embrace someone's plan to take a certain supplement and abandon the programs I'm already on. Cutler addresses ways of increasing glutathione, and whether or not his plan agrees with others' plans, his plan is the one I chose and the one I plan to stick to for at least another 18 months and it's been helping. I do believe his plan is the best way to chelate mercury. I also believe Jack Tips ND PhD CCN CHom, author of the Pro Vita! Plan, is what they say he is, a nutritional genius. I got very noticeable benefits of getting back on his way of eating and for weeks I was over enthused about it and was trying to convert anyone I could to eating that way, but finally realized that I was wasting my time and energy, and being somewhat of a jerk. It's OK if I'm excited about it, but I don't need to convert others in order to stay excited about it. We are all devoted to our health on this forum, I presume, and are better off because of it, and we should all respect each other whether we agree or not, because we're all more devoted to our health than most people.. I'm OK with agreeing to disagree. If someone replies to a question and recommends _________, which I may think is a waste of money, I'm not going to target that person and give him or her a hard time about it, I'm going to let them post their reply and respect it, and I hope to receive the same respect. If I take a supplement and don't notice any benefit of it, sometimes I don't want to bother taking it any more, unless it's copper or something I know I need, based on blood work, even though someone may have done tons or research and swears to God that every person on Earth needs to be taking it. I've learned over the years that my body is VERY unique and if I fell for every recommendation I came across I'd soon be broke. Joe
