Sylvia, use undenatured whey concentrate or isolate and selenium. They'll love

it and it woks better than oral glutathione, which would have to be in enteric

coated or liposomal form.

Thank you Duncan. What is Isolate? Is it part of whey? Sylvia

Whey isolate is whey concentrate further refined usually to remove more lactose

and fat, and sometimes a protein fraction. How to tell them apart by glutathione

precursors via the manufacturer's information is at the bottom of my whey page:

http://tinyurl.com/whey-page ...which links to references too.

all good,

Thank you. I will read the information. I appreciate your taking the time

for me. Most dogs don't tolerate milk very well so having the whey further

refined to remove the lactose would be a good thing. Sylvia

Even whey concentrate is well tolerated by sensitive individuals. How well

varies a little by product, but the dogs will probably be fine with even a whey

concentrate. Anyway, the unflavoured, unsweetened isolates are a good bet for

safety.

Is this whey the same thing that body builders use? That I can get at GNC?

Thanks, Sylvia

Sylvia, no; body builders often use the cooked whey that does not produce the

glutathione benefit, which is derived only from whey that was low temperature

processed.

I'm having a hard time understanding which whey to use......currently I

drink Jay Robb whey protein shake.....is this acceptable for getting

glutathione benefit.....?? If not, is there a couple of brands you can put out

just to give examples......??

Blessings, Margaret
