Guest guest Posted October 31, 2010 Report Share Posted October 31, 2010 When doing Oil Pulling, do you use one tablespoon of the coconut oil as a liquid,after it is warmed up above 78 degrees or do you use one tablespoon of the solid coconut oil that is below 78 degrees. I discovered there is more liquid in my mouth if I put it in my mouth in the solid amount below 78 degrees. It is easier to work with when it is a liquid.
