Taking nanoparticles of bioavailable silica actually makes me uneasy given that

we don't need much silica. Even though I like MegaHydrate. I would rather it was

ordinary insoluble silica.

I thought absorbability was about particle size and charge ;)

As someone previously posted here in discussing this, absorbability is all about

particle size and not chemistry.
