It's about fracturing the gas-bearing formations deep below, and the subsequent pollution of the whole water table for hundreds of miles with chemicals and petroleum gas, outside the Safe Drinking Water Act. Heck, the tap water can be ignited yet the gas companies deny it's their doing! Now I understand why 1/2 the people in the USA are going to need a water machine and why a couple of American resellers wanted me to sell them too. If US beef doesn't taste like petroleum gas in subsequent years I'd be surprised.
