Guest guest
Not going to look it up but what type of tea and is cold as good as hot tea? I love hot tea in the mornings but I also love granulated cane sugar in it. I am diabetic so I have switched to stevia and most mornings it is too hot to drink hot tea. I do miss that. Thanks, Sylvia On Sun, May 15, 2011 at 3:51 PM, Tany Tany <ttany57@...> wrote: > The best tea without milk > > Tea, its benefits are numerous and well-known and milk also are keen to > address the many tea, coffee, especially in the morning but that the > benefits of tea without milk has many benefits for the body and helps to > lose weight, said research published by the British Telegraph newspaper > Alsanday that tea compounds can sang > > http://donyty.com/?p=377 > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
I would suggest South African Rooibos (Red Bush) tea. Great with or without milk, especially great with honey, can be drunk hot or iced, extremely high in antioxidants. Has a unique taste, comes in different flavors. Have not tried it with vco yet ;-) Buy a small box first as it is an aquired taste, but once you acquire that taste you'll never look back. Guest guest
I had some Rooibos tea, don't remember where it came from but I loved it first time I tried it. I believe I still have the can around here somewhere. I re-use cans that have lids. I will have to see if I can find it and see where it came from. Thanks for the suggestions.
