Guest guest
I've come across an article that says whey protein drinks that contain sodium can turn some of its ingredients to msg...so read labels well and make sure it is sodium free. Guest guest
, those MSG scare articles usually don't mention that your body deals with about a kilo of glutamate daily in normal operation. Anyway, hydrolyzed wheys do contain traces of monosodium glutamate, and the filtered, non-hydrolyzed ones usually do not. This means MSG has little to do with the sodium content of whey itself.
