Hi, Cheryl:

In what seems to be another life, when I had no concerns about money, I

would visit the spas in Europe and buy the creams to try to rejuvenate skin.

My husband would tease me because very often the ingredients listed on the

creams included urine. I ignored him and blocked the thought from my mind.

Now, I hope that I am a little wiser. I joined the Urine Therapy list at

urine_therapy and began reading other books about the use of

one's own urine. Now, I know a lot of folks will gag at the idea...I did

too at first and it took time for me to accept and work with this approach.

However, finally I concluded that the problems I was trying to solve were

more important to me than pre-conceived notions about urine being revolting.

The people who post on the list include on Dr. Lodha who is a gem of wisdom.

He encourages the use of one's own urine as a body rub to help restore the

skin; best urine for this purpose is not fresh urine but several days old.

I decided on my own to add a few drops of DMSO to the aged urine to help

drive the benefits into the skin....yes, the smell is unpleasant.BUT the

benefits to the skin, for me at least, are amazingly good and quick, even if

left on the skin for an hour or less before showering. I have chastised

myself for being so foolish not to start this protocol earlier.
