Guest guest
Hi all, my name is Kathy & I live in SW MI. I'm 51 years old & finally went to the Dr., after years of hip & leg pain. The diagnosis is severe arthritis, with hip replacement surgery in my near future. I've also got degenerative disease of the lower spine & symphysis pubis. I'm hoping to put off surgery as long as possible. I'm hoping someone can point me to a source therapy/exercise to strengthen the muscles. That way, when I do have the surgery, it should be with less complications & a shorter recovery time. Anything you can offer me to check into would be greatly appreciated. I'm definitely willing to try alternative medical therapies. Currently I'm taking colloidal minerals & gelatin every day. I've read some of the books of Trudeau & definitely am not a believer that the medical profession is totally into curing. Anywho...thanks for letting me into the group & any advice/help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Kathy SW Michigan
