However, daily cattle are often (in the US) given hormones to booste

milk production. I have no idea what come thru when whey is

extracted from whole milk. I can say I buy butter and cream which

state that growth hormone is NOT used. Due to cost, I am less able

to find a whey which is made from organic milk.
