Guest guest
Okay. That does make some sense to me. What am I looking for in terms of buying the whey again? I¹ve read the past posts on that, but need a clearer understanding And how many milligrams of selenium? (200? Or 200mcg?) is there a difference in brands/types when it comes to selenium and anything I need to look out for? chantelle On 4/10/09 9:40 AM, " Duncan Crow " <duncancrow@...> wrote: > > > > > > Two things Chantelle: HGH release and toxin load. > > I think you might have a handle on the toxin load, but to let you know, people > who undertake ozone steam saunas lose weight for two reasons 1) toxin > reduction 2) metabolic increase. Guest guest
Chantelle, at the bottom of my whey page I've posted a method to use to work out the glutathione precursors of a whey product: ....short link: http://tinyurl.com/whey-page ....long link: http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/cold-processed-whey.html Selenium comes in 200 mcg -- sick people need 2-3 per day. Get selenium extracted from yeast (selenomethionine). I buy generic LobLaws-manufacture. There is only one brand of amino stack that is patented for increasing HGH. As other amino products may not legally infringe it, they are not patented and though they dance around its perimeter they can not produce the dose/effect protected by the patent. Thus in the market, contents hype and dose/effect vary wildly, with usually about twice or 3x the SomaLife gHP dose being required IF the substance works at all, and we know most don't because 100 have been tested by lab work on humans. I used to use Durk and Sandy's Power Maker II before increasing my HGH release with SomaLife; it contains 18 grams of arginine to do what SomaLife does with less than 5. Somalife is what Jo used for the last 1.5 years; she'll start another 8 month program in November after I've done one. all good, Duncan > > Okay. > > That does make some sense to me. > > What am I looking for in terms of buying the whey again?
