Thanks . Just replied to someone else who wrote. I looked some things up on the Vit D Council websites among others. Thanks for the suggestion of Life Extension. Where did you get them from? Are you still supplementing in some way?

Don't know what my level was but will find out this week. I want to see if I might be able to get an injection through the GP, or privately in neccessary. Do you know about this?

Luv-

Hi Don,

I use the NSI vitamin D drops - 2000 IU per drop for 9.99 at Vitacost.com. It

lasts a LONG time and so easy. Just 3 drops (for me) in a cup of tea and no

nasty taste. It brought my lab test up to the recommended level in no time. The

base is olive oil and no other ingredients.

Best,

Dee

Oh, and here is the link as it can be hard to locate on the site:

http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-Vitamin-D-Drops#IngredientFacts

And just in case you are wondering - it IS vitamin D3.

Carlson also has D3 in gelcaps that is from lanolin, so no oil to spoil

(I use their 4,000iu size)...
