Sandy,

I use Oregano Oil at 68mg Alcohol free. Its liquid form I get

it at my health food store and I drop it directly under my tongue. YUCK!!!

But I put a whole dropper full and let it absorb into my system

twice a day. I dont know the exact formula but I do know you need

Capyrlic Acid at 3600mg per day with the Olive Oil Extract as well.

This will work. If not just up your dosage.

In a message dated 2/8/2008 9:05:10 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, dusty.com@... writes:

If this does not work,

I usually use oil of oregano (ADP from Biotics)

at high doses while continuing the program.

Anyone know what the dose is ???

Sandy~

Dave writes: In a recent newsletter you talked about treating food poisoning from Norwalk-like viruses by using high doses of good bacteria like acidophilus every hour to change the local environment and force out the organisms. Is this likely to work for a systemic Candida infection?

DM COMMNENT: Good bacteria are only part of the treatment. Rigid adherence to the guidelines outlined in Read This First on my web site at www.mercola.com is the first step. I rarely find it necessary to use drug antifungals for yeast.

I have seen them cause far more problems than they solve as they lead to resistant strains of yeast that are very difficult to eradicate. One cannot have ANY sugar or grains at all on the program and should also eliminate all fruit until the symptoms resolve. If this does not work, I usually use oil of oregano (ADP from Biotics) at high doses while continuing the program.

The most severe cases I have seen usually seem to be related to mercury amalgam fillings. Once the fillings are removed and the mercury is properly detoxified the person generally has a dramatic improvement. I will be publishing my protocol on mercury detoxification shortly. I wrote it with Dr. Klinghardt and once it is accepted for publication I will post it on my web site

Has this been confirmed at all by " scientific method " ?

I cannot find anything on the internet about tics causing RA.

I don't think there IS a known cause proven by scientific method, for RA, is

there?

Hey all,

Ticks can carry Lyme disease which presents symptoms that are pretty

much the same as RA for up to 7 years (could be a little off about how

long the symptoms persist, but I know it's more than 2 years). Many

people with Lyme disease are often thought to have RA until tests are

run. The symptoms do generally go away after the 7 years. More

information on this can be found when researching Lyme disease.

I hope this helps!!

anyone elser got it the same way wanted to know how they were doing.

I've never had a tic bite, although have been tested

for Lyme disease a few times. My dog contracted Lyme

disease after being bitten by a tick last year.

Hi Beth,

I don't know about zinc or C, but with echinacea you shouldn't take it

for more than seven days as the body becomes resistant to its

effectiveness. Whenever we take it, we take it about 3 or 4 times a

day until we're better which is only about 2 days. Love, PH

PH - thanks....I take it 3 times a day and have been for 2 days now. I will hopefully get over this soon. I don't really feel too bad...just a stuffy nose and tired.

I think Rogene already mentioned this, but it's most effective if

taken at the first sign of a cold. Twice I started on it a day too

late and it doesn't seem to help then. I also found that the liquid

seems to be more effective for us (although I only tried one brand of

capsules so that's really not fair to say). Love, PH

Beth,

Vitamin C is water soluable so it flushes out, however I believe too

much of it can cause loose bowels. I don't know dose wise how much

zinc and echinacia are required, but I do recall hearing that you

should only take them as needed for up to a few weeks, because they

lose their effectiveness if used for long periods.

Yes, I now have it. I got bitten in June 2007, have been on

antibiotics, and the salt/vitamin c regimin. I had to stop taking

everything in Decmber because I was having severe foot and ankle

swelling. Turns out, it was te doxycycline. Now I am on Flagyl.

anyway. I stopped taking everything starting around Christmas, and by

the middle of January stated getting bony lumps in my fingers,. each

day is worse.

I have heard it referred to as Lyme arthritis.

I am getting help from a group called Lyme strategies. PEople

there are very informed.

I have tried that and noticed no difference in my body.

But you may want to try the master cleanse that Patty or

the other girls suggested www.ultimatecoloncleanse.com

which I have bought but have not did just yet since I am

doing the mercury detox at this point.
