Guest guest
Hello I'm pretty new on here, I buy my coconut oil at a local Sunharvest food store, I buy the unrefined Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil. Is there another brand that's better or one that you all might recommend?
Guest guest
We use http://nutiva.com/ (Nutiva) coconut oil. I belong to a co-op of Mom's who order from a catalog, Country Life ,and we get a gallon for 42 dollars. This is a delicious tasting raw organic coconut oil and a great price! I wouldn't cook without it! Laurie > > > Hello I'm pretty new on here, I buy my coconut oil at a local Sunharvest food store, I buy the unrefined Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil. Guest guest
Thank you so much, I will look into that, also do you also eat it with a spoon? I heard that is also very helpful. How much should an average person take for health and weight loss purposes? From: lauriejenki <lauriejenki@...> Subject: Re: What is good kind of Coconut oil to buy? Guest guest
anyone know of a good source for coconut water from organically grown, non-irradiated sources? I contacted Nutiva but they were unhelpful as they had no information. Guest guest
Vitaminshoppe also has good prices on Nutiva. The regular in-store price is higher but print out the webpage, take it to the store and they'll match the price. 54 ozs. - $21.49 at Vitaminshoppe http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=YR-1009 Vitamin Shoppe Store Locations http://snipurl.com/rdrfz Jarrow Formulas has a cheaper one than Nutiva which is organic, expeller-pressed and from the ines. My understanding is Expeller-pressed is just processing CO the old-fashioned way. Jarrow Formulas, Coconut Oil Expeller Pressed, 16 oz - $4.50 http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Coconut-Oil-Expeller-Pressed-16-oz/2506?at=\ 0 or http://snipurl.com/rdxv2
