It might not be your opinion that this 4 pounds, coexisting with 8-11 billion organisms per cc of fecal slurry, as opposed to the few million germs in a cc of saliva, is THE major toxin load, but it is mine, and the math supports it. Spitting afer swishing thus addresses only a small portion of one's load, so I recommend brushing the teeth and gums and scraping the tongue as a way to get at perhaps 10 times that number. Yes I know there are other toxin sources from environment/addict/crackhead/smoker scenarios, painting, welding, being a recipient of too many mercury fillings, etc... I treat them too, and also MCS patients, with the same protocol (sometimes plus ozone therapy); these people are a minority that also has what the majority does -- this nasty bowel dysbiosis. My own M.D. says in his experience around 80% of the general population has dysbiosis with candida involvement and I agree with him. The use of " sometimes " in your text highlights one of the minorities. I've only twice had someone in with real bad halitosis; I guess that 1 in about 3,000 is " sometimes " . So, if I'm a healthy skeptic that's OK, because I work with the 95% who are easy to teach, not the 5% I could spend too much time arguing with who may not survive anyway. As my M.D. pointed out, placebo is a valid treatment too, so while I can't disagree with anyone's sugar cube approach lest I destroy their faith in it, I can continue to focus them on the proveably successful approaches like diet and nutrition so they have something to fall back on. People who joined this group after unsuccessfully trying the Specific Carbohydrate Diet on candida come immediately to mind. all good, Duncan > > > > > > If O/P just rinsed the mouth then a lot of other liquids could be > used. > > > Something important is being ignored here, which I mentioned once > before > > > last time Mr. Fife posted about O/P (but he ignored my point...). > Many > > > toxins (and possibly acids, bacteria, viruses, etc.), which > circulate in > > > our blood, pass into our saliva and then sort of get trapped in the > > > viscosity of the oil until we spit it out. > > > > > >
