I think what is being done is useful / helpful...

debriefing is going on in the aftermath of a conflict....

trying to fix what is broken...

In that vein,

it is good to not let things get personal...

and I agree w/ ph that his name should have not been in a subject line

making a spectacle of him...

this is really an information sharing group...

if someone thinks they have a solution, all that can be done is to put it out

there

and let the person decide for themselves if it is good for them...

no arm twisting is necessary...

for:  when the student is ready, the teacher will appear...

I heard that in yoga class and it has stuck w/ me...

and seems to be a useful way to proceed...

I aplaud Alobar and others trying to be the change

they wish to see: a kinder and gentler group promoting health...and our

interactions with each other need to be healthy too...

my two cents...

to all have a great thanksgiving - and may gratitude be the  main flavor of the

day...

OMG !!! Can we put this conflict to bed now. Please take your gripes about

other people on this group and start your own forum.

Maybe you could call it " How adults whine like Kindergarten kids "

Enough is enough. This is a coconut oil forum, lets get back to business.

Mr or Mrs/Mis moderators can you get this to stop please. If anyone wants to

leave the forum let them leave. If you want to stay then stay, but lets keep it

about Coconut oil or healthy food issues

Thank you.

Don,

Happy Thanksgiving.

Don't eat too much. Smaller meals mean a longer life and more nutrition. Don't

forget to put coconut oil on everything.
