Hi Eugene,

You can order the chairs from Van Etten at:

http://www.adaptiveliving.com/

I got my company to pay for mine and they let me keep it when I was

downsized (no pun intended).

I also have one. Vocational Rehabilitation had paid for my chair and

I am able to take it with me at any job I may transfer to. The risk

of asking the business to pay for it, they can choose to keep it of

you leave their company.

If it is an unreasonable accommodation for the company to pay for it,

you can ask VR to pay for it as well. (If it's employment related)
