Hi All,

I remember a long time ago there was a post on the average weight chart by

height for LP's. I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where it is?

Thanks!

I believe there are a couple of different chart, depending on type

of dwarfism. I have SEDc and there is one available for people

specifically with SEDc and Kneist. Also I believe there is one for

people with Achondroplasia.

Which one are you looking for?

I don't think this is what you are looking for, BUT, for those who

are interested I found two charts for height range for people with

SEDc and DD.

Growth chart for Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia

Congenita: http://www.ksginfo.org/sedgrow.html

Growth Chart for Diastrophic Dysplasia:

Hi all,

I think it's important to remember those are a

guideline, not gospel on weight. There are huge

variations for each type of dwarfism so that does play

a part. My mom for example was about an inch shorter

than me and weighed about 25 to 30 pounds less than I

do. My ideal weight is about 10 pounds less, no way

though could I be her weight, it would not be healthy

for me at all. Her build and my build even though we

both have the same type was like night and day.

I am a big fan of losing weight and it is sad to see

so many lp's over weight. I lost around 17 pounds

(the healthy way) and I feel amazing, I didn't realize

how losing that much would have such an effect on my

health. I am also realistic as well that I will never

be a size 3, I have a pseudo body and built a certain

way. It's up to me to be healthy as much as I can and

work with what I have.

If anyone has questions about how I lost the weight

I'd be happy to talk about it.

:)
