The hotel/casino scene in Reno, though fun, was a second-hand smoke

nightmare for the Western Regional Conference (11/03) (Districts 10,

11,12) It was a big " something to consider " , I think. 'Course I'm not

on any conference committees, so who really knows. In my view, it

ranked high with nostalgia points, but unfortunately, that was about

it!
