I called them back in June from the ad in LPA Today and they said the new shipment would be in July and I was on the list. It'd mid-August and no word yet! I've left messages and no one will return my call or answer. And my scooter is dying!! I really need one that size b/c anything much bigger won't fit in my car. Any info would be appreciated. If it is just no longer holding a charge, you don't need a new scooter, just new batteries. And, here's the good news, the type of battery it uses are common in motorcycles. So, take your scooter to the nearest automotive battery shop (some tire outlets can help too), have them pop the floor plate, note the battery type and connector (make sure they get the right connector) and if they have a couple in stock they can pop them right in. If not, they can order them and it takes about a week. Each battery is right around 20 bucks (maybe a little more). I ordered mine online and had them delivered to my house. I'll have to look up the order info but I can get it to you if you want it.
