Guest guest
Thank you Is anyone aware of guidance around information sharing with police where a suspected crime has taken place? Guest guest
There is new guidance from the DH Information Sharing published as aresult of Laming Inquiry - I am not at home so cannot give you the reference but you will find it on the wed site. It is long and I have not read it all but certainly if you suspect a child is in danger - you can share but you will have policies for that - other crimes I am not so sure unless we know what it is. But you can inform anonymously. Guest guest
Hi all As I am really a sad person about this subject I would like to offer you some advice ...... In supporting integration and after a long struggle we now have an agreed muti agency information sharing process The NHS IS & C officers deliver IS training to muti agency childrsn & famililes teams this is the PP presentation that is part of the training I would be gratful if you would use it only as a personal referece out of curtesy to caroline, In an attempt to aviod you falling into the pitfall of spending a lotof time trying to make sense of the DoH guidance you will all have a Caroline person in your PCT and even if you dont work for a PCT, I am reliably informed that they can and will advise you on any issue that you need advice on in relatuon to information sharing - infact we are instructed that we MUST seek their advice on matters about information sharing and they will judge each situation individully - they then are accountable for the advice they give you sharing the process with your line manger of course often the most tricky and infrequent situations are the most difficult so its impossible to write a case scenario for each Re: Fwd: website update > > Does anyone have information on the role of the looked after nurse >and >relevant requirements for the role >thanks >lynn > >Lynn Torpey >Paediatric Liaison Health Visitor > >Phoenix Children's Resource Centre >40 Masons Hill >Bromley >Kent >BR2 9JG > >020 8466 9988 >020 8315 4692 >07770606013 > > >>> sarah.cowley@... 14/12/2005 13:00:56 >>> > >This came through to me from the 'Health for All Children' website; > >it looks useful.
