Guest guest
I've allready had requests for information on Discounted Disney Tickets. I gave the basic info in San Fran, but I'll repeat it here with the details. Disney tickets will be available at a discounted rate for 2005 LPA conference attendees. Tickets will be available direct from Disney by mail, fax, phone or online. THE SYSTEM IS NOT IN PLACE TO DO THIS NOW !!!. I WILL BE MEETING WITH DISNEY AT THE END OF THE MONTH AND I WILL HOPE TO HAVE IT IN PLACE PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS, SO TICKETS MAY BE ON YOUR FAMILIES CHRISTMAS LIST. The information I have is only available through Dec. 30,2004.... So prices may change per Disney. LPA and/or the Conference Committee will have no control over the prices. The sale of discounted Disney prices will be directly through Disney and they will send them to you. THE 2005 CONFERENCE COMMITTEE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE TICKETS. We will do our best to facilitate you purchasing them directly. Tickets are good for 10 days from the date of their first use. So if you are coming early or staying late, you are not locked into the conference dates. Since we are a conference " on property " for Disney we are able to buy 2,3,4,and 5 day Park Hopper Passes. If you go on-line or your local AAA , Hopper Passes start at 4 day. Hopper Passes includes privileges to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM, Animal Kingdom and one visit to Downtown Disney Pleasure Island or Disney Quest. They do not include admission to any of the water parks. There is also a After 2 pm Ticket that is not a Hopper Pass, which gets you into one park after 2 pm.... With that being said.... here are the rates... again , subject to change by Disney and Advance Purchase 2 day - Adult $104.00 / Child $83.00 3 day - Adult $155.00 / Child $$124.00 4 day - Adult $206.00 / Chhild $165.00 5 day - Adult $238.00 / Child $191.00 After 2 PM passes, one park per day. 1 day Adult/Child $42.00 2 day Adult /Child $75.00 I hope this peaks your interests, satisfies your questions (for now) and encourages to start saving. Guest guest
Well, since Disney just raised their prices that should be an interesting discount. :-) Karin (who's favorite ride happens to be It's a Small World. That is about the only ride my stomach can take).
Guest guest
If you were already planning on buying a 4 or 5 day hopper, you can buy them now off of Disney's website. The 4 day hopper is $202 advanced purchase price for an adult and LPA's listed price was $206. The ones on Disney's site don't include a trip to Disney's Quest or Pleasure Island like Marge mentioned LPA's would. However, these hoppers do not expire in 10 days, so you can use half this trip, and half next time you feel like visiting Orlando again(unused days do not expire). They also have the Park Hopper Plus tickets which are closer to the tickets LPA has, with an option for an extra like Pleasure Island, Disney Quest, or waterparks, but I think LPA has beat the price on them. And to the person who likes It's a Small World, it closed down last month, is opening again after major rehab in March 05, so it will be new and improved when the conference roles around!
