Hi Eleanora..

Im .. live in Mass for right now.. We are moving at the end of June to South

Carolina.. I have 2 girls who are 8 and almost 5.. Look forward to hearing more

from you :)

Just peachy (HA!)

I went back to school. I bought new clothes, notebooks, Pens & pencils... there

is

alot more stuff to buy this time around!!!!

Diet... well, I have taken a back slide but..... now that your here.... maybe

I'll

dust off my back side & get moving again!

Arby's Market Fresh Sandwiches aren't too bad as long as you avoid the

mayonnaise and curly fries. :-) A whole sandwich has a whopping 43g of protein

and 75g of carbs, but that's not a bad ratio if you spilt it in half.

I'm too late to help with the trainer question. Let us know how it goes!

Hello all you wonderfull people, sorry if this posts twice.......dang

laptops!!

This week seems to be starting out better than last week. Quit

smoking again. Decided yesterday that I REALLY needed to after I

mindlessly smoked 3 in 10 minutes. My 13 year old son pointed that

out to me (little stressed trying to get to my father who had just

ran into the back of a snowplow and totaled his car) I have decided

what my triggers are for lighting up, besides stress. Alcohol is one

of the key factors, and I am taking all suggestions that I got last

week and putting them into action this week.

Anywho........I did have a couple quick questions for everybody:

1st........Arbys' Market fresh sammiches, turkey and swiss, dry. Is

that OK for a meal? I had 1/2 of one for lunch today and will eat

the other 1/2 tonight.

2nd.......I am going to do my LBW tonight after work, but I also have

a meeting with the personal trainer tomorrow morning at 6:00 am.

Should I skip the workout tonight? Go light? maybe a little cardio

instead? Not sure what to do.

GREAT PROGRESS! I'm a certified Diet Coke addict so I know how hard

it is to cut down on them!

That has been tough. I am one of these that gets out of bed in the

morning and grabs a pepsi instead of coffee, so major accomplishment.

hi all, hope u all are having a good monday!mine is good, my worker

and her soon to be hubby are getting married today!im still fumed over

getting bashed, but eh, ive moved on...the person who has messaged me

hasnt and i sure wish that person would, but oh well, i am not gonna

stress..thanks for having this list, im much appreciated by it!i know

i am tactful in the wrong ways, i am working on that!
