Guest guest
This is right from LPA Online: " To join LPA, you must be a little person (usually but not always defined as an adult height of 4'10 " or under as the result of a medical or genetic condition), a family member, or demonstrate a well-founded interest in issues relating to dwarfism. " So if this person was actually prevented from joining because of a quarter-inch of height, then he was done quite an injustice. It shouldn't have happened. -- Dan ===== Dan Kennedy Editor, LPA Online Little People of America, Inc. http://www.lpaonline.org On 9/16/03 11:02 PM, " Phil Osipher " <pmd9020@...> wrote: > Recently I had a chat with a man who stated that LPA refused to > let him join LPA because he was 1/4 inch over 4' 10 " ....Is this 1/4 > of an inch really keeping him from joinning LPA? > > This story sounds to me....
