Guest guest Posted December 29, 2004 Report Share Posted December 29, 2004 Amy, Off-hand I'm not sure what's required by the apt. building, it's different from the regulations my agency enforces in terms of ADA and 504 and HUD has their own law in addition. Check out the website for HUD's disability section http://www.hud.gov/groups/disabilities.cfm There's a Q & A and outline of the different regs.
