hi brigit! i had noticed that you were in albany! i'm interested in GA

b/c dh wants to relocate there by 2002 and i wanted to know more about

the " laws " when it comes to non-vaxed children. i currently homeschool

I live in Georgia. My child does not go to school but she does go to

daycare. I gave them a notarized exemption letter and I have had no

problem.

I do...I'm new to this list and so coming in late on this thread, but

I would LOVE to hear from any other Georgians in regard to their

non or selective vax experiences, especially as it relates to

preschool.

My son is 2 1/2, vaxed through 18 months. I would like to not vax

him

or selectively vax (depending on the research I read) him when the

next round comes up (at age 4). However, I'm wondering if a

preschool

can reject him because he is not fully vaxed? The preschool in

question is a methodist one where he will be starting in the fall,

two mornings a week, when he's three. I'm wondering if other

preschools (Montessori, etc) are more open to non-vaxers.

I am a little bit confused about the religious exemption as it

pertains to selectively vaxing. Is it not an all or nothing deal?

Also, if any other Atlanta-area folks have a recommendation for a

good

naturally-inclined ped/naturopath/chiro, I'd love it (I'm in Decatur).

I apologize if these questions have been asked a bazillion times

already - I'm slowly working my way through the archives.

Thanks a bunch,

Kayla, mom to

Re: Welcome Nichole and Dick ?????

Hi Ya and Welcome Aboard.

Yep I'm the ring leader of our gang in crime and I really don't

bite. You just caught me having a rough time and a little more than

usual. I may be little but I'm feisty and have been told that by Dr's and

many people like that is gonna make a difference.

Hope I didn't scare you and we would love to hear from you in group.

Wow I just realized Ga has the most members here with You - -

Allan - Kat and they are a pair - Eddie and probably more

members. Thanks De.

I need a road trip bad and need to get my butt to Ga and we could have a

-- Party ??????

I bet Dick from Calif

would show up he loves to travel and can't keep still and probably more

members.

Dick got any connections in Ga ?????

He's our go to guy for setting things up.

Take Care.

Love and Hugs.
