Guest guest Posted June 2, 2000 Report Share Posted June 2, 2000 Shanni, I'm glad that you're back on the wagon, so to speak. :-) Also, just my two cents worth, but I noticed that when I used to walk a lot, If I would do my LL breathing during my walk I experienced a true boost in inch loss. Also, I would try to do a work out just before walking which made my limbs feel very vital and alive. I guess all that oxygen gets the circulation flowing like no tomorrow. Anyway, that really seemed to help me, and I hope to returning to that plan of action just as soon as I can get myself well enough to walk. Now that I think about it, when I was doing BodyFlex and walking 2 to 3 times a week, 2 miles in about 30 minutes, I lost 15 lbs. in 3 months. Soooooo, maybe LL and walking a couple times a week will do it for me!
