I'm glad that you're back on the wagon, so to speak. :-) Also, just my two

cents worth, but I noticed that when I used to walk a lot, If I would do my

LL breathing during my walk I experienced a true boost in inch loss. Also, I

would try to do a work out just before walking which made my limbs feel very

vital and alive. I guess all that oxygen gets the circulation flowing like

no tomorrow. Anyway, that really seemed to help me, and I hope to returning

to that plan of action just as soon as I can get myself well enough to walk.

God bless you girl! I'm so happy for you. I don't see how I had anything to do with it though :-) I'm just really happy you are back breathing again and am really proud of you. 75 breaths! WOW that is really great!!!!!!!! You came back with a real BANG LOL

Hmmmmmmmm I might need to start back walking. Now that I think about it, when I was doing BodyFlex and walking 2 to 3 times a week, 2 miles in about 30 minutes, I lost 15 lbs. in 3 months. Soooooo, maybe LL and walking a couple times a week will do it for me! I'll need to give this some serious consideration.

Just wanted to thank you all for posting and e-mailing. :-)

Jim and I are thinking over all of what's been said, suggested and

requested ... and will be in touch soon.

There HAS to be a way of helping to fill these needs, just have to

come up with the best way.
