As a new grandmother, I would vote for wristbands in colors to designate

age...it is a no-brainer! I would want my grandson to be id'd this way. You

remove the band, you are no one no matter what. Zero tolerance without the

wristband.. Wristbands are done everywhere now. Holland (Martha's mom)

My whole point in suggesting wristbands instead of name tags was the

enforcability. Name tags are distributed at Nationals ... most people

don't wear them and as the week drags on you see less and less of

them. If we switched to wristbands it would solve the problem because

you can't take them on and off. (Or " forget to wear them " like you

can a name badge.) Put a wristband on when you register and just deal

with it for the rest of the week.

As far as the colors... small potatoes. The devil's in the details..

let him decide!

the wrist bands may or may not work...what may need to happen is putting X's on

the hands of underaged kids with permanant marker..That would prevent the kids

getting ahold of wristbands that are for the over 21...What do ya'll think???

Again, I agree with both & Helen are absolutely correct about the

wrist bands. It helps again if the the

under 21 age range wears the lighter color bands because they are much more

noticeable in the DARK... It is best to keep both groups together for a

more family atmosphere. Thanks!

By the way, all successful multi-age-range

clubs use this security method to prevent ABC Law mishaps.
