HOW did we go from a simple survey of favorite music (religiousity was not

mentioned I believe) to a theological disection of the holiday andthe

celebratrory reasons behind it?

I donno.... the wanderings and ramblings of someone (moi) who is getting old

perhaps is my excuse/reason/justification. :-)

I am probably butting in where I don't belong...

Oh well.

The reason why this is a debate because Christmas is a holiday that

is centered around the Birth of Christ, which is in turn, religious.

Period.

Whatever people believe and/or don't believe, personally I think

this topic does not belong on this list.

Again, in my own opinion. There are many other places where this

topic would be a better fit to be talked about.
