Guest guest
HOW did we go from a simple survey of favorite music (religiousity was not mentioned I believe) to a theological disection of the holiday andthe celebratrory reasons behind it? Guest guest
I donno.... the wanderings and ramblings of someone (moi) who is getting old perhaps is my excuse/reason/justification. :-) This is sadly my 3rd post of the day... :-( Cheers, Karolyn Re: Fw: Re: The Christmas Music debate HOW did we go from a simple survey of favorite music (religiousity was not mentioned I believe) to a theological disection of the holiday andthe celebratrory reasons behind it? Guest guest
I am probably butting in where I don't belong... Oh well. The reason why this is a debate because Christmas is a holiday that is centered around the Birth of Christ, which is in turn, religious. Period. Whatever people believe and/or don't believe, personally I think this topic does not belong on this list. Again, in my own opinion. There are many other places where this topic would be a better fit to be talked about. a > HOW did we go from a simple survey of favorite music (religiousity was not > mentioned I believe) to a theological disection of the holiday andthe > celebratrory reasons behind it? > > Apryl
