Guest guest
Wow you have done AWESOME! Good for you! I can't wait to get into some 20s....It will be so nice...because right after that is the 1's...18, 16, 14...you know just like our weight...we all want that 1 something! Hugs, congrats! If no one one this list claims your clothes, I'd gladly pay shipping on them, or buy them for a fair price! I am on a small list locally and most of the folks in my area aren't especially well to do and I would distribute them! BUT give all the MGBers first dibs!! Hugs, in Ark 3-08 (MGB...I had to state that proudly, it is my group that is all RNYers...haha) 322-

Just had an adominioplasty and I think that may be the size I will wear when school starts back July 31. I teach. Do you? Guest guest
, I'll have a very nice formal type dress for you in about a size 10 for the Christmas banquet if you are interested. It is a deep royal blue and very pretty. It is direct from Paris! What do you think? aW MGB 5/28/00 214/115ish lbs Clothes > Steve's post reminded me. Guest guest
a- The dress sounds beautiful. I would be interested. My only fear is not making it into a size 10 after the swelling goes down. I feel pretty sure about a 12, but.....Privately e-mail and let me know the specifics ie. cost. Thanks for thinking of me. Rigsbee Clothes > > > > Steve's post reminded me. Guest guest
a- I don't plan to be at the support group meeting. I have been to Durham so much in the last month with my plastic surgery that I'm sort of tired of that drive. I will give you my school e-mail address and maybe it will go through. I just can't imagine why my reg. e-mail address didn't work. Well here is my school address: rigsbeej.saes@.... Maybe it will be working. Thanks for the effort. Guest guest
That sounds like a good idea. I understand now why they have a special store. Payton does have short little legs. Thank you so much for letting me know. I will look for the Land's End catalog. Cari
Guest guest
someone suggested Land's End which is where I buy Nic's pants. They have reinforced knees and Velcro closures with elastic waistband. They also have elastic at the ankles-just perfect for my short legged Nic! They are called Climber Pants. Di, mom to Jake(18,nda) and 4 (DS) Pennsylvania Re: (no subject) I never knew there was such a store/catalog. I buy Payton's clothes at Kohl's, Wal-Mart, the Mall, etc. Is it that when they get older or something, that they can't wear regular clothes? Tell me more..... Guest guest
Sears also carries " husky " pants. And, as Di mentioned, the pants with elastic cuffs work well, too. Just be careful of the ones that have adjustable cords at the ankle; they can catch in things like bike gears and wheels. I'm cautious when buying long-sleeve winter shirts. I always looks for ones with ribbed cuffs so the sleeves won't be hanging over his finger tips. For dress shirts, we fold back the cuff, then button it like a French cuff. Guest guest
HI I am able to find some cute clothing at old navy that fit alec. I just bought him some shorts that have elastic waistband and velcro instead of buttons. They are stylish and he is still able to be independent. After I bought a pair and saw how well he did with them, I went back and bought them in all 3 colors. Guest guest
I love hand-me-downs! I have a 6 yr old daughter and even though it will be a while before Payton can fit into her old clothes - they are still nice clothes (and no stains). Guest guest
My mother-in-law spends a lot of her check monthly at Old Navy for my kids. Payton (DS), my daughter, has several Old Navy things already. I don't know about this year, but last year, she bought my 6 yr old the cutest pair of Old Navy flip flops! Old Navy, in my opinion, is also very reasonably priced. Cari - mother of daughter (DS) Payton 1yr next week - Ray 12 - Abby
Guest guest
I love OLD NAVY, I can always find things for both my boys! Brady needs things he can do with one hand(has c.p.) and Lucas can sure use the elastic waist and loose fit of some of their clothes(has ds). Also I like it because they have people w/disabilities working there as greeters, stockers, cashiers, what-ever!!! I will support this store, because they support people with disabilities AND because I like the clothes too!! Guest guest
Hey, My dh Ralph, worked in Old Navy during this past Xmas season. guess where all my xmas presents were from this year? And the discount was great!!!!! I even got 30% off at the gap. Both my kids get most of their clothes there. amanda was wearing jeans in the girls plus from JC penney, but now she slimmed down and can wear a regular size in Old Navy now. You know those pajama bottoms? Well she loves them. So i bought her many pairs in a women's XS capri length which fit her as a regular length!!! And my son jesse gained quite a bit of weight lately, but the big pocket jeans or loose fit, fit him really well and they have lots of stuff with elastic for boys anyway. My kids love that place. Thats where we spent the day on the 4th and no one else was there! ~ Mom to 10 1/2 DS and
