I have tons of mucus and foamy saliva mixed with mucus. I think it is actually

produced in my esophagus as an attempt to get stuff to go down. And if have

sinus drainage, it is even worse. I spit up/ regurgitate foam often.

It makes me burp (which is impossible for me other wise but very painful!!!)

ALL THE TIME! sometimes it chokes me and is the cause for food getting stuck at

first...I throw up mucus so much!! Is it a side effect of dehydration or is

there something I can do for it?
