2nd Annual Limo Night - Boston Convention

Hello Everyone!!

First of all, I would like to congratulate and Gret on their college

graduation. From knowing them for the past 3 years, I know they both worked

very hard on their studies. Well guys, enjoy the feeling of being done with

school. It's a great feeling, isn't it???

Second, the preparations for the 2nd Annual Limo Night is now complete.

Here's the detail of the evening planned.

Sunday, June 29,2003 (5 - 9pm)

I'm going to need 14 invitees this year. The limo will pick all of us up at

the hotel Sunday night around 5pm. We will then make our way to Bacco

Ristorante which is located downtown Boston. At the restaurant, a

reservation for 14 people at 6pm will be awaiting us. If you would like to

the food is around $15. After dinner, we will get a tour of the historic

city of Boston. After the tour, the limo will return to the hotel. The limo

that I rented out for the night is stocked. It includes: J-seating plus 2

full seats, 2 waved star gazer mirrored ceiling with 8 color wheel, fiber

optics, neon and mood lighting, 2 color TV'S, VCR, AM-FM stereo, CD player, 2

walnut finished black lacquer bars with built-in coolers and champagne

buckets, privacy divider, intercom system, rear vanity mirrors, map lamps,

and much more.  A bottle of Complimentary Champagne will be provided for your

enjoyment. The cost of the rental is $85.00/hr + 20% tip. I figured it out

and if we get 14 people reserved the cost would be approximately $30 per

person (including tip). Trust me.....the night would be worth your money.

The reason why I chose Sunday was because a) not much was going on that day

I wanted to make it early in the week so people could get to know each

other. c) I just like Sundays It's so easy to meet people when the

setting is small.

As for payment, this year I had to change my method. Last year, I just said

find me at the convention and pay me then. The problem was a lot of people

backed out when they got to the convention that I got stuck with a huge bill.

This year, you all need to be prepayed if you want to go. My payment

and mail your check/money order to the PO Box address listed. Make it

payable to Craig Hennon to the amount of $30. If for sure you're able to go

and sending money isn't a problem, let me know and i'll put you on my

reservation list. I would need your name, # of people, and an email address.

I will hold your name for 2 weeks. If I dont receive a check/money order

within that time frame, your name will be taken off. I'm sorry for doing it

this way, I hope you guys understand that I just don't want to get sc%$wed

again.

As of now, there are 12 spots open. I took 2 spots for myself and another.
