Guest guest
Although I do agree that there are many " Words " out there that may hurt and or bother some of us. Isn't it true that from the very start way back when there have always been " words " that we do not like or that are hurtful? I do think that these words will always be around and because the percentage of LP's in the world is so limited, maybe less than 1% of the populaton? This is why LP's are treated as they are. Because other races etc. out number LP's they have a stronger voice and people pay more attention to them. As long as there are people (LP's) who are involved in portraying negative images such as trolls, Leprechans, elves, and such it is going to be a problem. I guess the bottom line is here folks for the ones who are not happy about certain things that are going on on TV or so on, just like anyone else, Change the channel or don't pay attention to it. Maybe it would be better to try and focus on more psative images and what is good rather than what is bad. A person can spend a lot of time dwelling on dark and negative images, a person who spends so much time angry about all these types of things may after years and years look back and realize Wow! I spent all that time angry about these things yet nothing has changed. In order to change things such as the " M " word it is going to take a group of people who are willing to, together write or protest against it. People who really are botherd by this should do something about it right? Not to be mean or anything but I have seen this time and time again, people come in here and vent about the " M " word yet these same people do not do what we all know is needed in order to make it happen. One person writting a letter to NBC or whoever will do nothing more than go into a trash can. If there were 100 or even 1,000 letter then people would start to listen.
