Thank you Bruce for bringing this offensive activity to our attention.

Dear Mike and Craig Gross,

My name is Matt Roloff and I'm the National President of Little People

of America (LPA). I am also a Christian brother and hold deep personal

values. I published a book " Against Tall Odds, being a in a

Goliath world " chronicling my faith and beliefs as they have related and

assisted me in my plight through life as an individual with dwarfism. I

have learned through Christ how to rejoice and celebrate what I consider

a special gift of difference. Since many of our members, and readers of

this message, have a wide range of faiths and beliefs I will refrain

from quoting Biblical scriptures that will contradict your methods of

'shock messaging' versus Christ's intent that you seek to Glorify His

name in All that you do. We can have that debate off-line if you wish.

LPA, is a nation-wide group dedicated to the support and encouragement

of people with dwarfism. (see www.lpaonline.org). Almost 10 thousand

members strong, we have seen a recent surge in membership and tremendous

organizational growth in recent years. I mention this so you will know

that as an organization we will not stand by idle while ignorance

spreads. Many members of our organization are in constant struggle for

strength and self acceptance which we work hard every day to provide

critical programs and services to assist these individuals.

While I appreciate the mission, and work, you and Mike are doing-- your

recent PSA implying an association between people with dwarfism and

pornography ... is repugnant, disgusting and severely misguided.

Again--- while I do appreciate your overall intent, frankly... It's my

belief you made a critical error in judgment. You crossed over an

acceptable line.

My recommendation is that you: pull the PSA from every released media

avenue AND personally and immediately author a letter of sincere apology

to me that I will forward on to the dwarf list of 2,000 people all of

which have knowledge of your site/PSA.

Should you decide not to act decisively-- it will leave me little choice

but to send biblically based and articulate letters of concern regarding

your ministry to each of the pending institutions in your public

speaking schedule. This will include but not limited to:

I heard the following " news " story on one of our local radio stations

this morning during their " freak files " segment. The DJ's, who are

friends of mine, were not very happy with the makers of the commercial.

The story reads as follows:

PREACHER USES TRIPLE X, JACKASS,AND MIDGETS TO FIGHT PORN

In an attempt to fight pornography, Pastor Craig Gross, who runs the

anti-porn Web site www.xxxchurch.com , has created the world's first

anti-porn TV commercial. The 30-second commercial details the adventures

of a midget named Eddie. The moral of the story is that " porn stunts

growth. " Although it isn't politically correct, Gross says that these

days even the Lord must use the " Jackass' mentality to get His message

across to the young men most likely to become addicted to porn. The

anti- porn ad has run in Southern California on shows like " The Man

Show. " Gross hopes that anti-porn advocates will pay to have it air in

other areas of the U.S.

Thank you Matt - and Dan - and n's grandfather. Matt, your message

is straight-forward and eloquent, and I'm proud to have you represent me and

my family. I appreciate Dan's message as well - hard-hitting and blunt, as

usual, and very well written. I have written the producers as well.

I do want my 12 yo daughter (SED) to grow up able to smile through the

challenges she faces, and to be able to shrug off the offenses of ignorant

people - but that commercial was simply over the line.
