Guest guest
Hi everyone -- I had an opportunity to take a Ford Focus for a week-long test drive while visiting my family for Christmas. I was quite impressed, but I came across one problem and wondered if any of you might have some solutions. I have the Komo extensions, and the gas pedal extension does not stay on the gas pedal. The pedal itself has an odd shape that will not hold the extension. It will stay on if placed high on the pedal, but that's not an ideal situation. Has anyone encountered same/similar situation and can offer solutions? Thanks --
Guest guest
, My husband and I just bought a Toyota Corrolla and we also have the Komo extensions. We encountered the same problem with the gas pedal coming off easily. A friend of ours told us to go to a hardware store and purchase some hose clamps (I think). The are flexible pieces of medal that can be shaped and tightened with a screw. If you would give us a call can tell you what he did. We haven't had a problem since he did this.
