Members,

For those of you who haven't made your reservations, or have been unable to

make a reservation for the entire week.

Please doing the following:

1. Call the hotel or go to the website and make your reservations for the

nights that are currently available.

2. Check back with the hotel periodically to expand your reservation as

future cancellations with open up the room block.

3. Stay Tuned for Overflow Hotel information.
