Guest guest
I asked this over at the POLP/POLP2 groups earlier, but I figured I'd also ask my question here since most of you have been round a long time and may know more of an answer ... basically, my question is if anyone knows if there is a mailing list (groups or anywhere else) for LP kids under the age of 13? I have seen several teenage groups so far, but nothing in regard to kids under the age of 13. Since my LP daughter is 7 1/2 she's old enough to have an email account and use it responsibly. She also would like to meet/chat with other LPs round her age, but from what I've seen so far there's nowhere for her, and others in her situation, to go. So, if anyone knows of a group that would be fantastic, but if not than I'll go start one up, since from a few responses I've already got from other mums, it seems one is definitely needed! And on that note, hope those who celebrate the holiday had a wonderful Turkey Day, and for those going out into the madness today, please be extra careful and come back in one piece. Much as I live for the day after sales, I finally had to give up my shopping spree when two years ago I literally got trampled at K-Mart at 6 am by about 100 people all gunning for a jewellery counter ticket (which I didn't even want, all I was after was the toys sheesh!). After that I said it's just not worth saving a few extra bucks, and I swear to this day, no matter how good the sales are, I'll never go through that agony again lol! ~~Mara~~ Better to write for yourself and have no public, than to write for the public and have no self. ~ Cyril Connolly ~ Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger. Guest guest
In order to belong to a list, you have to be at least 14 and have your own email account. rules. 7 seems too young to me to allow a kid to have her own email box. Just my opinion as a parent.
