Guest guest
For both of my TKR's I had a combination of a general in my iv line and a block in the groin of my leg. The groin injection slowed the blood flow so there wasn't much blood lostand blocked pain as well The anathesic in the iv line put me to sleep. I prefered this over a spinal and it worked very well.
