Guest guest
Look in your yellow pages. There are a lot of places that rent hospital equipment by the week or month. Sherry used hospital beds Oct 5th i have hip surgery and i need a hospital bed cananybody help?Clyde from Columbus Ohio
Guest guest
ALthough it's a long shot, if you go online at www.craigslist.com, on the right side of the page you can select which city & state, and then in the 'search' box, type in " hospital bed " ...I just did a quick search in the Colombus area & on Sept 13th, there was a real nice one for sale for $700. Renting may be cheaper, I don't know...But Craigslist a a good resource to find all kinds of things. Good luck, Bob > > Oct 5th i have hip surgery and i need a hospital bed cananybody help? > Clyde from Columbus Ohio >
Guest guest
Hi Clyde, Did you check with your insurance? Mine told me to call if I needed anything. It dont hurt to ask. It's a great resource for used item. You might consider a lift chair instead of a hospital bed. I had a RTHR in July and managed very well with a lift chair. I think you will be surprised about how well you do. If your bed is too low, you can buy bed lifts at someplace like Bed Bath and Beyond that will raise your bed about 5 inches. http://columbus.craigslist.org/search/sss?query=lift%20chair Good luck.
