This measurment was done at a handicap supply store, and was offered to me or anyone for free. I told the woman , no I wasn't interested, and she insisted. I did not have $45. for the orthotic, and insurance would have been astronimical, as I had that done some 25 years ago, and they were no better. Sorry, I have money issues also.Diane
