i'm 61 & in good health. my left hip replacement is scheduled for 2/26.

my husband had a spinal cord injury many years ago & is paralyzed from

the waist down. we've made arrangements for someone to stay with us

until i can resume caretaking activities.

about how long will it be before i can lift about 50 lbs.?
