I'll bet he would be if he had my problems though, lol. I probably can get him to take something for it and I have some of that nasal spray. It also doesn't seem to bother him that it bothers me cause it doesn't bother him. Thanks, I'll tell him, he always says he's tired too. Guest guest
My cousin's husband had sleep apnea, didn't know it, was always tired & crabby, and finally got one of those -- I forget what they're called -- a mask that forces air into your mouth -- it keeps the soft palate from relaxing, which, if I understand it correctly, is what causes both snoring and apnea. And he was one of these guys who won't see a doctor. Too macho. I don't know how she got him to go. He got tested & they found out he was waking up 100 times a night or so. He didn't want to wear the mask, finally gave in (my cousin is really good at getting him to do things he doesn't want to do), and finally got a good night's sleep and was so impressed he's continued to use the air thing, and now has more energy and is nicer to people. He may have been snoring all along, but maybe because I can't sleep very well, it just bugs me more.

Guest guest
My hubby and I both have CPAPs. We don't wear the mask but have nose pillows. Our doctor said that many people who die of unknown causes have untreated sleep apnea. It is nothing to mess with.
