Guest guest
My swelling is gone on Day 16! I attribute this to two things: hydrating with SmartWater and moving around. My friend brought me 12 50-oz bottles of SmartWater which is pure spring water with three electrolytes (like Gatorade without the sugar and neon coloring) and I SWEAR this has made the difference. I've been drinking a bottle a day. I just wasn't getting rehydrated enough with plain water. I also reported before that since I live alone (I do have plenty of visitors) I have to fend for myself most of the time and thus am probably moving around more. I feel much better than I thought I would at this point! Can't wait for my doc post-op visit which is Feb 23rd.

Guest guest
Hi, Glad you had such great results with reduced swelling... I did a search on SmartWater to see if I could find it in L.A. where I live--and I was unable to find anything on it. Is SmartWater the exact/full name? Thanks, Glen, L.A. Guest guest
It is put out by Glaceau. I think they have a web site. In Chicago it is available at Whole Foods and I don't know where else. Depending upon where you live it might be hard to find. I just search " glaceau " and " smart water " on Google and found some online sources. Hope this helps! > Cant find SmartWater.
